Just in time to heat things up for summer, Starco Brands has announced the most indulgent Whipshots flavor yet: Chocolate. Co-founded with global superstar Cardi B, Whipshots has already made waves with its alcohol-infused whipped creams, and this rich, velvety addition is no exception. Combining premium vodka and luscious chocolate flavor, Chocolate Whipshots promises a bold, boozy twist for cocktails, coffee, desserts—or any late-night craving.
“Chocolate is sexy, rich, and everything you want—it’s giving dessert, it’s giving decadent, it’s giving delicious,” said Cardi B. “You know I had to do it big for this one—this flavor is a whole moment.”
To celebrate the launch, Whipshots partnered with the iconic NYC restaurant Serendipity3 to debut their first-ever “Whipshop,” dubbed Cardi’s Chocolate Shop, at both their Times Square and Upper East Side locations. I had the chance to attend the private kickoff party at the Times Square spot, where Cardi herself popped up in a cute two-piece sweater set to mix cocktails, crack jokes, and spray chocolate Whipshots onto nearly everything in sight. A bonus? All of the cocktails served at the event were infused with Hennessy, which was prominently featured throughout the experience.
Guests were treated to a gift bag filled with two cans of Chocolate Whipshots, a bottle of Hennessy, frozen chocolate mix, a Serendipity3 mug with a recipe card for Cardi’s Boozy Frrrozen Hot Chocolate, and a trucker hat. (Yes, I made the drink—and it was delicious!) If you love chocolate, this is absolutely the one to try—and bonus, it’s vegan.
“This is more than just a flavor launch—it’s a celebration of indulgence,” said David Dreyer, Chief Marketing Officer of Whipshots. “Chocolate Whipshots is our most over-the-top flavor yet, and creating a Whipshop inside the legendary Serendipity3 is the cherry (and whipped cream) on top!”
Chef Joe Calderone, Creative Director of Serendipity3, added: “Chocolate is the number one ingredient at Serendipity3, and creating new menu items using Chocolate Whipshots has been a fun and delicious endeavor. Cardi B’s vibrant energy and playful spirit is the cherry on the cake!”
Since its launch, Whipshots has become a viral sensation for its non-refrigerated, 10% ABV whipped cream in flavors like Vanilla, Mocha, Caramel, and Strawberry. The new Chocolate flavor hits select retailers nationwide on June 26 and will be available online at Whipshots.com starting July 1.
