Nike has officially introduced the Ava Rover, a bold new silhouette that blends cutting-edge running innovation with everyday sportswear design. Launching globally on July 25, the Ava Rover brings ReactX foam cushioning from Nike Running to the streets, offering enhanced energy return and all-day comfort for life in motion.
Designed for year-round wear, the Ava Rover features a lightweight technical woven upper, a flow-molded TPU overlay for a locked-in fit, and a reductive rubber outsole that repels water and maximizes traction. The sneaker also includes a perforated racing stripe for breathability and reflective details for improved visibility in urban environments.
“The Ava Rover is made for people who move with purpose,” said designer Edwin Cruz. “It’s about expressing confidence, comfort and versatility in every step through the city.”
Earlier this month, the silhouette debuted in a limited black-on-black colorway created in collaboration with Korean designer Hyein Seo, known for her futuristic, dystopian aesthetics.
The Ava Rover will be released in Fossil Clay, Black Muslin, and additional colorways via nike.com and select retail partners. Shoppers can visit the site now to enable regional purchase notifications.
