Actress and singer-songwriter Alix Lapri, known for her role as Effie Morales on the Starz series Power and its spinoff, Power Book II: Ghost, was arrested last week in DeKalb County, Georgia. According to a report from WSBTV, Lapri, whose full name is Alexus Lapri Geier, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree cruelty to children.
Lapri was booked into the DeKalb County Jail last Monday just before 5 p.m. Online records indicate that she spent just over 24 hours in custody before being released.
