According to WSB-TV, court documents show Cole owes approximately $1.2 million to the U.S. Small Business Administration and an additional $192,000 to the Georgia Department of Revenue.

Slutty Vegan launched as a food truck in 2018, then expanded rapidly to 14 locations nationwide. Several of those restaurants have since closed as the company navigates financial challenges.

A bankruptcy teleconference is scheduled for March 12, with a formal repayment plan due by June 12 as part of the Chapter 11 process.

The filing comes as Cole prepares for her debut on the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. She will appear alongside returning cast members Porsha Williams, Phaedra Parks, Drew Sidora, Shamea Morton Mwangi, Angela Oakley and Kelli Ferrell. Singer K. Michelle is also set to join the new season.

Cole has not publicly commented in detail about the bankruptcy proceedings.
