The round was led by Collaborative Fund and included backing from major global investors, including Qatar Investment Authority, Mubadala Investment Company, Abbott, and Mayo Clinic.

A group of high-profile individual investors also participated, including Cristiano Ronaldo, LeBron James, Rory McIlroy, Reggie Miller, Niall Horan, and Virgil van Dijk, highlighting the brand’s connection to elite performance and culture.

Founder and CEO Will Ahmed said the funding supports the company’s vision of building a platform that uses biometric data and AI to improve health outcomes in real time.

The investment comes amid rapid growth. WHOOP reports more than 2.5 million members globally, with 2025 bookings up 103 percent year over year and a $1.1 billion run rate. The company also achieved positive cash flow and plans to hire more than 600 employees worldwide.

Proceeds will support expansion across the U.S., Europe, the GCC, Latin America, and Asia, positioning WHOOP as a leader in preventive, data-driven healthcare.
