FIRENECTAR, a chef-crafted luxury hot honey created by Chef Emari Stevens, son of Bay Area Hip-Hop icon E-40, officially launches August 6 in celebration of Black Business Month.
Crafted with silken wildflower honey, FIRENECTAR combines floral sweetness, soft smoke, black garlic umami and lingering heat. At its core is aji charapita, a rare pepper native to the Peruvian Amazon known for its citrus notes, floral character and refined heat.

Designed to elevate food rather than overpower it, FIRENECTAR can be paired with pizza, fried chicken, ribs, biscuits, breakfast sandwiches, roasted vegetables, cocktails and desserts such as vanilla ice cream.
Developed in the Bay Area, the product reflects the region’s culinary culture, entrepreneurial spirit and creative energy. Stevens draws inspiration from a family legacy of entrepreneurship established by his father, E-40, whose ventures span music, spirits and consumer brands.
Chef Emari recently previewed FIRENECTAR during an NBC Bay Area appearance in collaboration with Tony’s Pizza Napoletana ahead of the San Francisco Pizza, Bagel and Beer Festival on August 15.
Retailing for $19.99, FIRENECTAR will launch with an initial limited run. Customers can purchase the product online at firenectar.co.
