It’s almost required that all rappers include at least one Kendrick Lamar feature on their album. Eminem perfectly understands that, so much so that he signed the young Comptown spitta and the The Black Hippie camp as well. On MMLP2, the Detroit emcee, mogul, and producer extraordinaire, calls up his good friend Kendrick to lyrically spar on “Love Game.” Now if Eminem murdered Jay on his own track, over a decade later, Kendrick murdered Eminem on his own track. That’s not a diss, they both did their thing, but right now Lamar is in his zone and probably having the best year lyrically. Em tries to keep up, but to no avail. To his defense though, the track is a strange one–including a very unique beat and hook. Check it out above.
