The U.K. just won’t let bygones be bygones for Iron Mike and his jail record
Boxing champion Mike Tyson has been banned from entering Great Britian because of his past convictions of rape, assault ,and cocaine possession.
In full swing with the promotion of his new autobio, ‘Undisputed Truth”, the 47 year old Tyson fell under the immigration law statures that does not allow anyone sentenced to more than four years in prison in the country. The iconic boxer’s publisher, HarperCollins U.K. says that they were unaware of the changes in the law.
The Spike Lee directed film was shot this summer and a three month, 36 city tour has been planned for the autobiographic film, in which Tyson details his personal accomplishments and setbacks in his own words.
The 3 time heavyweight champion served three years for the rape of a beauty contestant in 1992 and was also convicted of assault and possession of a controlled substance.
