Don’t believe Maino, just watch.
The Brooklyn spitter has been putting on for his city for the longest, now so more than ever since New York’s stake in hip-hop has recently come into question by a few out of town rappers. Maino himself raised the question on a previous collaborative track with Jadakiss called “What Happened” where he begs to know exactly that, just what did happened to hip-hop in New York.
This latest visual from Maino, “Just Watch,” addresses Atlanta rapper Trinidad Jame$ who has made claims that the Atlanta sound has taken over New York radio. The remarks have certainly stirred some controversy and Maino for one definitely did not take it lightly. He is sure to continue his assessment of the situation on his upcoming mixtape King Of Brooklyn which is set to drop next month. But until then, just watch this video.
