This weekend, Love & Hip Hop Beauty Kaylin Garcia continued her infamous ‘Twerk Tour’ leading 2 sold out classes at Ripley-Grier Studios in NYC. Bad Girls Club star and Bad Club All-Star alumni, Paula Hellens and Love & Hip Hop Star/ Entrepreneur Yandy Smith twerked it up in the name of fitness.

So I decided to continue my ‘Battle Against The Bulge’ and thought a Twerk workout would be a great addition to my routine. Located in the iconic Ripley Grier Studios in Lower Manhattan, Kaylin incorporated high velocity aerobics with thigh-strengthening Twerk moves that had us all drenching sweat. Girls from everywhere dropped it and popped it to sexy dance songs and tightened their abs and glutes with Kaylin’s signature t’workout style. Although the class was loads of fun and I even learned a few new moves–I was completely sore from the intense workout. (That’s a good thing right?)
Unbeknownst to us, Kaylin surprised us with her debut recording single during the ‘Cool Down’ part of the class and we’ll just say this: Kaylin has something gooood cooking…this definitely isn’t the last you’ve seen or heard from her!
