Hallelujah!

Tonight, we have something to smile about. The iconic ‘Mixtape Weezy’ returns with Sorry 4 The Wait 2, the sequel to his 2011 punchline-packed thriller, Sorry 4 The Wait.

As the mixtape’s cover art suggests, the Cash Money rapper has been practically locked up by his management for the past several months, causing his highly anticipated Tha Carter V album to be delayed more than once. To make up for the time, Lil Wayne not only tackles popular instrumentals such as Troy Ave‘s “All About The Money” and Rae Sremmurd‘s “No Type”, but also delivers some original music including the Drake-assisted “Used To”. At 17 tracks in length, S4TW2 is sure to hold fans over until his new album arrives. Consider this project less of an apology and more of a gift.
