The everlasting legendary collective released their new album, which is solely produced by Wu-Tang Clan’s DJ/producer Allah Mathematics, Wu-Tang: The Saga Continues last Friday and now, the visuals are available as well.
The Method Man-lead Wu-Tang track “If Time Is Money (Fly Navigation)/Hood Go Bang” featuring Wu-Tang cousin Redman has been granted a music video. Being that this is a Method Man-lead track, it only makes sense for the video to take place in Staten Island – a Wu-Tang stomping ground.
Unsurprisingly, the entire clan was not present in the video, despite the visual being in the name of Wu-Tang serving fans an expectation. The absence of members U-God, Inspectah Deck, RZA, Ghostface Killah, and GZA doesn’t take away from the classic gritty appeal of “If Time Is Money.” Iconic Wu members Masta Killa, Cappadonna, and Raekwon along with notable affiliate Streetlife appear in the video with Method Man.
Also, despite the Redman feature, the bricks MC presence was also absent from the visual, but Meth was well versed in performance during Red’s part. Go ahead and bear witness to Wu’s latest visual “If Time Is Money” by clicking play above.
