After the very short-lived breakup between Cardi B and her bae Offset of Migos, her very eventful week was not quite over yet. The Bronx rapper was reportedly kicked out of her hotel early Sunday morning, after complaints from the other hotel patrons.
According to TMZ, Cardi B was unexpectedly asked to leave the Hilton Albany in Albany, New York, at 1 AM in the morning. Guests of the hotel complained about alleged noise and the smell of marijuana coming from her hotel room. Cardi B was confronted by hotel security, when then a verbal argument soon followed, afterwards Cardi and her entourage proceeded to leave. But in Cardi B fashion, she did not leave quietly. As she walked through the lobby of the hotel to the exit, she fired shots at the employees of the Hilton hotel, specifically calling out one male employee as a “racist motherf*****.” Cardi B had a show earlier that night at the Times Union center.
Shortly after, Cardi B took to her Instagram to explain what really went down. “The floor that I was staying in my hotel room, it smelled like weed.” She started. “So the cops came in the middle of the night, knocking on my manager and on my door, talking about that we were smoking weed and we gotta get kicked out.” The former Love & Hip Hop: New York star continues: “Now, if you know me, I don’t even talk about smoking weed because everybody knows that I do not smoke weed. I get very paranoid and none of my team members smoke weed. If they was to kick us out for something else, all right, but for weed? I’m not taking that because we do not smoke. I could get tested, we could all get drug-tested, nobody smokes.”
