Dallas based rapper Yella Beezy known for his hit “That’s On Me” was reportedly shot early this morning in a drive-by shooting according to Central Track.
According to reports over 20 shots were fired, hitting Beezy a total of 8 times who is now in stable condition.
We can now confirm that rapper Yella Beezy — whose “That’s On Me” single has become one of the biggest songs of the year and one of the biggest rap hits ever out of Dallas — was hospitalized after being shot last night.

It has been speculated that the 26-year-old rapper was shot in connection to the shooting death of comedian Roylee Pate, with whom Beezy had a beef with, however, this has not been confirmed.
Pate died after being shot in the foot and getting a blood clot that reached his lung, killing him.
Beezy has just celebrated the birth of a new child while still enjoying the gold-certified success of his “That’s On Me” single.
