As Brooklyn is known for birthing some of the most talented creatives in history, Yung Musa has been effortlessly making a name for himself. The 23 year-old emcee has been creating good substantial music that is relatable to his listeners. His first release “Stack It Up” was a definite hit, that generated radio airplay on one of New York City’s biggest radio station’s, Hot 97. Musa also performed at SXSW 2018 one of the largest music festival’s in the United States. He has opened for DJ Self, Jay Critch, Dej Loaf, Jaquae, DJ Drewski and among others.

“I fit my music into a” trap – pop ” genre . Hardcore Rap/Trap isn’t me. I make that get up and dance music. Melodies are my thing. My sound is a part of my DNA . I’m a different type of creative. He previously collaborated with Lougotcash and Cory Gunz and made a fired track titled, “Flashback.” Produced by Yung Musa this was a opportunity for him to premier his other talents and show the world how diverse he can be. “Bust Down” featured Lougotcash and it also recieved radio play from Power 105.1 and other local stations. Musa has touched some of the dopest stages in New York such as: Milk River, The Delancy and SOB’s. Being multi-talented also led him to being a producer for the Soul Gemz Entertainment company. Yung Musa has worked with the Grammy nominated producer Shy Boogs. They produced “On Me” featuring Skinny from the 9, and Musa played lead guitar on this single.
