According to TMZ, Singer Treena Ruberg is suing producer Scott Storch for $30,000 in upfront payments and in addition $70,000 for various expenses including having to hire another producer.

Ruberg claims Storch, “continued to have a drug addiction and other personal problems which rendered him incapable of producing any recordings.”
