Unfortunately this is not deja vu…
One night after Young Jeezy’s show was canceled due to gun fire in the venue, another night ends in the same fashion. The performance was to take place at Ontario’s London Music Hall but during an opening act shots were fired near the vicinity of the back of the club. The venue which was sold out was checked thoroughly by police following the shooting. No arrests have been made as police continue to canvas the area looking for clues. One eyewitness account said “We were just running away, trying to get safe… I saw people running away. We went outside and we couldn’t leave right away, we had to answer a few (police) questions first.”
This is back to back nights for Young Jeezy who hasn’t had much luck above the border. He is set to perform tonight in Montreal for the city’s first hip hop festival.
