A lineup from Rock The Bells hit the web which included Missy Elliott and Timbaland headlining with Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. On the lineup card however Lupe Fiasco was listed as a performer. Lupe has since taken to his Twitter and announced he will not be performing at this years festival. Sorry Lupe fans.
