According to Forbes, the legendary Lauryn Hill is facing federal tax charges which dates back to the years 2005-2007. Set to appear in in court on June 29th, Hill faces fines of $100,000 for each count and a maximum sentencing of a year in prison.
Recently appearing at Hot 97’s Summer Jam Lauryn Hill currently resides in South Orange, N.J. According to N.J. authorities, Hill’s worth is in the millions but she has not filed taxes.
