DMX can breathe a sigh of relief today. The rapper dodged a $630,000 lawsuit from a booking agency for a botched 2011 comeback tour. Heavy Rotation voluntarily dismissed the lawsuit against X this past weekend, after claiming it lost more than $700,000 in the failed tour.
DMX’s upcoming album Undisputed is expected out June 26, 2012.
