Lil Scrappy Released From Rehab; Aims To Mentor Teens

Lil Scrappy kicks his bad habit(s) and plans to mentor teens.

A few weeks back, Lil Scrappy was court ordered a drug test that he failed. The ATL rapper had no negative outlook going into the situation positive.

According to WSBTV, Scrappy stated, “It is my hope that my time away from my family and especially my little girl, my daughter, will make me a better man.”

Scrappy, since then, checked himself voluntarily into rehabilitation and has served his 30 days of rehab. He’s days consisted of waking up at 6:30 am, group therapy, one-on-one therapy, no cell phone, no laptop, a 10 pm curfew and no visitors allowed. Scrappy’s lawyer, Mawuli Mel Davis, stated “Scrappy has had time to reflect, read, and write. He is now drug and alcohol free.”

TMZ reported that Scrappy would also be mentoring teens next week.
