The man is a self proclaimed business. Bring him to a well, he’ll sell the contents. I’m pretty sure that if you bring him to a deserted island, the asking price of that island will double immediately. Jay could literally walk around touching things to resell and eating at local restaurants to bring in business. If he was really ambitious, he’d invest and remodel the sports teams as well as some of the independent labels. But hey, just having his likeness in the city is all we’re asking for.
