I’m not sure who advised Parker that this was a good idea. Maybe the Spurs guard has some rap buzz in France? Whatever the case, Parker is at number 3 on the list because of the French rap. We have no idea of what he is rapping about. Fabolous tries his hardest to give TP an assist with some of his bars, but there is nothing that anyone can do to help Parker out in this situation.
