Who would’ve thought that a rapper was going to win an award for playing a cop as he became the second rapper to win this award for his hit tv show, NCIS: LA, last year. Ice T became the first rapper to win for his show Law & Order: SVU. He plays Sam Hanna, a former U.S. Navy SEAL working as a Senior NCIS agent. His character still lives by the Navy SEAL code of conduct and has a strong sense of honor.
