Tanning
Everyone loves a summer glow year round, but do it safely—fake your bake. While it’s true that sun provides much needed vitamin D, you should still sport sunscreen. And yes, it’s true that tanning beds have been linked with higher rates of skin cancer—it’s also true that you can still get skin cancer if you’re darker skinned, Latina, or black. Play it safe and get your bronze from a bottle. (But don’t overdo it.)
