So it seems like Mariah Carey is getting into something different this year.

Her new ‘interactive’ beverage called Butterfly is said to make you feel like you’re in the same room as her. “We can do this, and I will almost be in the room with you.”

This new drink by Carey comes in a pretty pink, curvy shaped bottle with a white butterfly in the front. This beverage will be sold at Walgreens drugstores nationwide.

This beverage also allows you to get the inside scoop with Carey’s new social network. After downloading the Go N’Syde Beverage app, once you scan the bottle, you are said to be given access to Mariah Carey’s new social network.

So the two have both worked with Kevin Liles to come out with their new beverages, which are both sold in Duane Reade, and Walgreens stores worldwide. Just like Mariah’s ‘Butterfuly’, with Jayz’s “40/40” beverage customers with a smart phone can call up Hov- related content just by pointing at the packaging.

After saying that they have great tasting beverage, Liles also adds: “But the second part of it is providing a new network for the brands or icons to communicate with their fans. I call it disrupting the consumer packaged goods industry by having your products actually talk to you.”
