Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan–up until the arrival and dominance of LeBron James–were compared so tirelessly both basketball stars had no choice but to start addressing the comparisons in their individual interviews. And despite Kobe Bryant’s quest to chase down Jordan’s ring count–Kobe has 5, Jordan retired with 6–there’s no denying that Bryant is one of the best players this game has ever seen.
This video clip, which compares Kobe and Jordan’s on-court moves so seamlessly they’re literally meshed together in the intro, is a scary piece of proof that not only did Kobe study Jordan, he emulated him, to the point of seamless imitation.
