Lisa Mahone‘s boyfriend, Jamal Jones, endured one of the most traumatizing and frightening experiences of his life when a police officer broke open his girlfriend’s car window, tasered him, dragged him out and arrested him in front of two equally traumatized small children.
Ms. Lisa Mahone was pulled over for not wearing a seatbelt, and police officers asked both her and her boyfriend, Jamal, to show some ID. Mahone made sure to tell the officers she was in a hurry to get to the hospital, because doctors called her to make her aware of the fact that her mother did not have much time left. According to Jones, he didn’t have his license on him because of a recent traffic violation, which–for some bizarre reason–prompted the officers to ask Jones to get out of the car.
Jones spoke to Fox 32 News, and said the reason he didn’t get out of the car when he was asked was because his kids were scared of the aggressive officer, who had already drawn his gun on Jones when Jones reached into his bag to produce some form of identification–at the officer’s request. When Jones questioned the officers’ request, the following unfortunately happened.
