Yeezi season approaching
Earlier this year, during a Yeezus tour stop in Australia, Kanye West stood up on stage and announced to the crowd that he was expecting his first shoe with Adidas, which will reportedly be called the “Yeezi,” will be released this coming November. Since then, there has been little to no details or promotion of a Kanye West Adidas shoe release, leading most to believe his first edition of three-stripes footwear would have to wait until 2015 to get a release date. Well, according to this leaked image, which has been confirmed to be the Yeeezi by several Adidas officials according to Complex, Ye’s shoe is already finished and appears to be ready for retail. In keeping with Kanye West sneaker tradition, there’s a strap that covers the laces, which appear rather high on what seems to be a hi-top design, not to mention the side-zipper, which would certainly be a new introduction to the Yeezy/Yeezi brand.
