Will Smith’s upcoming Dramedy features a Bonnie and Clyde duo who walk the fine line between and friends and foes.
In theaters February 27, of next year, “Focus,” written and directed by Glenn Ficarra and John Requa, stars Oscar nominee Will Smith, Margot Robbie, Rodrigo Santoro and Gerald McRaney. The film’s protagonist Nicky (Will Smith) is a con artist of sorts whose path crosses another con artist Jess (Margot Robbie). Nicky takes her under his wings, but when things become too close for comfort, she breaks it off. Three years down the road they are reunited, but this time Jess returns as a master of deception in her own right. Audiences will be at the edge of their seats as they try to decode Jess’s intentions and the sexual tension between the leads. “Focus” was produced by Warners Bros. in association with Di Novi Pictures Production and Zaftig Films Productions.
