We loved her in “Beyond the Lights” and now Gugu is taking her talents to Disney.
By now we’ve all heard of Disney’s live-aciton reboot of the classic Beauty and the Beast, and now it seems that another star has been added to the roster. Gugu Mbatha-Raw will be playing the role of the plumette, alongside stars Emma Watson (Belle) and Dan Stevens (Beast). The star-studded cast also includes Luke Evans (Gaston), Josh Gadd (LeFou), Ian McKellen (Cogsworth), and Emma Thompson (Mrs. Potts). Directed by Bill Condon and co-written by written by Evan Spiliotopoulos and Stephen Chbosky, the live-action “Beauty and the Beast” will not be in theaters until March 2017. Other live-action Disney reboots that you can expect are Mulan, Dumbo, and The Jungle Book.
