Stephen A. Smith of ESPN’s First Take, reported that the NFL will upheld the 4-game suspension of New England Patriot quarterback Tom Brady. According to Smith, he has a source that tells him that Brady actually smashed his phone, presumably in an effort to destroy evidence should his cellular device be subpoenaed. It’s an interesting allegation, especially considering the consensus is that Tom Brady is ready to sue the NFL if the uheld suspension becomes official.
Smith isn’t normally the one to break a story of this magnitude; however he was able to receive a co-sign from colleague and NFL reporter Adam Schefter.

If Brady’s suspension is upheld, then it will put his team in a hole that they may not be able to recover from.
