Getting shot in the head has to rank, for most people, at the very top of the list of the most terrifying, traumatic things that could ever happen to a person. Well, not if your name is Teriq Royal.
The Compton rapper was in the vicinity of a shooting–in which an AK-47 was used–and he was struck in the forehead with bullet fragments that thankfully didn’t penetrate his skull and touch his brain. Rather than find the quickest way to get to a hospital or lose his sh*t–both appropriate courses of action given the circumstances–Royal did the third best thing: shoot a (selfie) video.
