Fashion designer and Adidas affiliated brand Y-3, following their Spring/Summer 2016 Paris runway show is almost prepped to begin shipping its recently developed collaborative Adidas footwear products. Creative director Yohji Yamamoto’s efforts with the classic kicks manufacturer have consistently resulted in entirely original and inventive designs.
The latest upcoming shoe from Y-3 is unorthodox in some of its shape contours and in its use of various trending Adidas techs. Cushioned Adidas boost material is positioned in an unprecedented position on the midsole and prime knit offers a neat white/black or full black patterning. The leather tongue provides a unique shaping while boldly displaying an embossed Y-3 logo.
The Primeknit Pure Boost ZG for Spring 2016 will be available at select retailers soon. New York based retailer Barney’s New York has commenced preorders and is expected to deliver in April of next year.
