It’s an election year, so naturally, the new, eye-popping trailer for the third installment of The Purge, The Purge 3: Election Year, takes place in Washington D.C., and it’s up to Purge 2 star Frank Grillo once again to stop something really tragic happening to a set of people he’s looking after, this time it’s Elizabeth Mitchell, who plays a senator, and judging by this trailer, he’ll have a helluva hard time doing that.
The movie drops July 1.
