New York native Skizzy Mars, everyone’s favorite “lonely stoner,” has arrived properly with the release of his major label debut album, Alone Together, via Atlantic Records. Skizzy released his critically-acclaimed Red Balloon Project last year, which featured the popular traveling sex anthem “Do You There,” drops Alone Together of the strength of a strong collaboration with JoJo, “Recognize,” and “Hit Me Harder,” which he dropped just a fortnight ago on Soundcloud.
Skizzy celebrated the release of his cherished debut with a sold-out performance at New York City’s SOB’s club last night, where he danced, sang and rapped the night away, a special moment for the young artist, considering he’s a native of Harlem, just a short train ride from SOB’s.
