This week, Rihanna‘s “Work” is #1 on the Billboard 200 once again, meaning for the eighth consecutive week, Toronto singer/producer PARTYNEXTDOOR, who was the first official signee to Drake‘s OVO Sound label back in 2013, is enjoying his first taste of mega-success on the mainstream level, as the song’s co-writer.
PARTY, who is working on his own album–which is being referred to as P3 for now–released a couple behind-the-scenes videos of him and Rihanna working on the song earlier this year, and he took to Instagram again to dish out some footage, this time of him receiving gifts from Rih in commemoration of their two-month reign atop the Billboard Hot 100. The gifts? Retro Playboy magazines, which of course Rih has at her disposal.
With albums from both Drake and PARTY due out this year, let’s hope this isn’t the last time this trio gets together for a banger. Clearly, they’ve got a knack for ’em.
