A 16-year-old and her mother are accusing a Rock Hill, South Carolina school principal for trading sexual favors for protection against school bullies.
Kenneth Andrew Williams, 30, ex-assistant principal at Northwestern High School in Rock Hill was arrested and charged with four counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and one count of unlawful conduct toward a child.
Williams coerced the victim, who was 15 at the time, according to warrants obtained by Rock Hill PD, into sexual acts in exchange for his protection from bullies. If she didn’t comply, Williams allegedly threatened to alter her school records.
The warrants detailed five separate occasions when the victim was coerced into sexual activity with Williams, in addition to evidence of Williams allowing the victim to be bullied, after she informed him through text and photos that she was going to be assaulted. The teenage victim suffered minor injuries after bullies assault and suspension from school.
Williams appeared in court on Wednesday, April 27. A judge issued Williams a $110K secured bond on Wednesday, instructing him to refrain from having any contact with the victim and her family.
