Denver’s Top Flite Empire Drops New Album ‘Bad Decisions’

Denver’s leading Hip Hop act Top Flite Empire, consisting of Hypnautic and King Tef, has released their long-awaited Bad Decisions album.

The project enlisted a few quality features and production almost exclusively from Dem Jointz and in-house producer Cheff Premier. The album is filled with bangers aimed at taking flight on the radio waves.

“Bad Boy” featuring Problem, Johnny Rocketz and vocalist Sabryna serves as one of the best tracks, while last year’s SiriusXM radio hit “O.T.F.T.M.” features T Dot Ill Dude in a new, unreleased version. The remix of “O.T.F.T.M” brings along fellow Denver rappers A Meazy, Cnotesche, ItsEvi, D-A-Dubb and possibly the next two MCs from the box state in Sp Double and Trev Rich.

King Los makes an appearance on “Wave” and Nef the Pharaoh also lights up “Lit.” The version of their crazy video “Loop and Joop,” adds the talent of Futuristic, while “F.O.F (Fresh Out of F*cks)” featuring Mr. Midas is a fun party track as well.

Top Flite shows they’ve learned the industry format of how to put a quality album together. It may lack lyrical depth as they aim more for Top 40 tracks, but for a region that has lacked the high quality production value of a major release, this certainly fills the void.
