Smoogie Drops New Video “Never Too Much”

Derrol Bond, known by his stage name, Smoogie, has been going crazy with the music lately.

The emcee released the video for the first single off his forthcoming mixtape, Coolest of the Coldest. “Never Too Much” is further proof that Smoogie is here to leave his mark in the game.

Smoogie names Lil Wayne, Drake, and Tory Lanez as some of his music influences. He wants to make music that has an actual meaning and doesn’t just sound good. “[Rappers are] making catchy songs and their verses ain’t saying nothing. I wanna make dope hooks and dope verses,” Smoogie says.
