J. Cole to Headline 2019 NBA All-Star Game Halftime Show in Charlotte

It has been said that “There’s no place like home.” This is the case for North Carolina native J. Cole as he is set to headline the 2019 NBA All-Star Game halftime show in Charlotte.

The KOD rapper is making sure that 2019 will be a major year for him and his Dreamville label. After a masterful roll-out, Cole just concluded the final sessions for Revenge of the Dreamers III with his Dreamville squad. He dropped his latest single “Middle Child,” which has garnered acclaim and has been a big conversation piece on social media.

LeBron James is the captain for the West, and Giannis Antetokounmpo is the cap for the East. The Western All-Stars starters are Steph Curry, James Harden, Kevin Durant, and Paul George. The East squad features Kemba Walker, Kyrie Irving, Kawhi Leonard, and Joel Embiid.

The All-Star Game draft will be televised live on TNT February 7 at 7 PM ET which will determine the reserve spots.

The All-Star game will take place in Charlotte, North Carolina on February 17 on TNT.
