Nancy Jones aka “Mama Jones,” is a business woman, mentor, tv personality and mother to rapper/actor/businessman Jim Jones. She is Hip Hop’s first reality tv Mom, starring in the first and second seasons of ‘Love & Hip Hop New York’ in 2012-2013.
She later starred in the ‘Love & Hip Hop’ spin-off reality tv series, VH1’s ‘Chrissy & Mr. Jones’. She also was featured on We TV’s ‘Marriage Bootcamp’ and ‘Jim & Chrissy Vow or Never,’ alongside her son Jim Jones and his fiancée Chrissy. She is one of the most memorable reality tv personalities of all time.
Mama Jones is now hosting a new independent talk show titled ‘Cheers To Harlem’ along with her Co-Host, Media Personality, Roxie Digital and Guest Host, Actor/Choreographer, Trai Mannequin aka Divo Next Door. “Cheers To Harlem” will feature everything from social media viral content, entertainment news, politics, interviews, and games.
The show is filmed at the bar in Harlem’s Dinosaur BBQ Restaurant. Mama Jones acts as the bartender serving drinks alongside her Co-Hosts. You can expect an exclusive nterview with a special guest every week.
The next episode this week will feature an interview with Fashion Powerhouse Dapper Dan from Harlem. Mama Jones got a chance to exclusively sit down with him to talk about his journey as a fashion icon at Harlem soul food restaurant, BLVD Bistro.
