A party ain’t a party til Steezy8100 comes through. The West Coast newcomer has ushered in a theme song for the radical time in 2020 in the new single, “HotBoy.” In the audio and visual, Steezy8100 spits a night in his life filled with designer drugs, rooms full of women and living the rockstar lifestyle. A star is born, “HotBoy” is a hit that creates a wormhole into Steezy8100’s complete catalog.


However, Steezy8100 has been preparing for superstardom with an intriguing rollout, including party antics and attention-grabbing raps. Before the hit, Steezy caught attention with his top of the year effort, titled, “Like Elvis.” Shortly after the release, Steezy kept the momentum coming, during a pandemic, with a related release in the noteworthy song, “COVID-19.” The song attracts with his slapstick wordplay, shock value construction and groovy execution which makes a perfect lead up to the official breakout debut. Steezy8100 turns his life into music, he credits a lot of his work to present energy in the studio. “Hell yeah, my whole next project was just a studio  party lol I’m surprised I got it done so fast.”


Although the current pandemic has halted the majority of music, reinventing artists like Steezy has taken the opportunity to prove that the next generation can adapt. “I would say to trust yourself because of this. Music stuff has a lot of roadblocks. More down then ups and people can tell if you doubt yourself in your music so u gotta have a strong head.” He adds, ” I’ve done a lot of practice on my stage presentation I think my next show is gonna be like a movie no lie.”
