At 13, Klassik moved back to New York and continued to listen to Caribbean music. He became a familiar face at the Dancehall parties and never dropped his Jamaican musical roots. Though New York was his favorite place on the planet, he moved to Miami, South Florida, to mingle with the larger Caribbean community.
Klassik fully ventured into the Caribbean music scene in 2016, with Dancehall being the genre that influenced him the most. He later shifted focus to Soca, and since then, things took a new turn for him. His fanbase loved and celebrated his musical shift making him align himself more towards Soca music. He made his mark in the Miami Soca scene with two of his major records, ‘Boom’ and ‘Chair & Gasoline’. The Boom record, which is on the Big Ride Riddim, grew more popular due to the #BoomChallenge.
With the help of one of his friends, he was able to join hands with producers to release ‘Looking Good’. This became a viral hit in 2020. A fast learner with a desire for success, Klassik is currently on tour for his record ‘Too Much’ that features Marzville. He is an open-minded artist with a desire to grow quickly.
