Let’s turn our attention to, ceo/rapper/actor Isaiah Stokes from South Jamaica Queens. For our readers who don’t know who he is, he’s the CEO of Fonty Records, which stands for (from our neighborhood to yours). Plus he is also a building actor and has starred in some of television’s biggest hit TV shows. From Law And Order to 50 Cent’s hit shows, Power, Boardwalk, Empire and a whole lot more! 50cent also recently posted on IG, that he had just seen Isaiah at the premiere party of the Power Book III “Raising Kanan”. Isah had a passion for music also and began to establish himself as a Hip Hop artist and released his first mixtape entitled “Like it or not Vol. I” with the already buzzing single “I Love You Isaiah”. The song created his stardom on the DSU campus. His song got radio play on both college and commercial radio stations in Delaware. Realizing his potential in the music industry, Isaiah left DSU and turned his focus to Foty Records. The song debuted on video music box and would soon hit BET uncut, where it would run for almost a year.
While he was juggling his emerging acting career. Isaiah would later be cast to be in season 6 of the critically acclaimed tv series “Power” on the Starz network. Isaiah also would go on to land roles in several feature films as well including “Boy Wonder”, Camron’s “Killa Season”, 50 Cent’s movie “Get Rich or Die Tryin'”. But took a slight turn for the worst for promising young hustler, Isaiah was indicted for murder and he currently being held on a 15,000,000 dollar bond, At the same time while being incarcerated Isaiah has several film & television offers on the table awaiting his return. It’s safe to say that god willing when Isaiah released from jails, he will be one the industry sought after talents.
