Meet the up and coming star Pure Powers. He has been gaining some steam by doing all the right things by making incredible connections and some undeniable bangers in multiple emerging genres. Born and raised in the Islands of Hawaii and growing up in Northern Cali, Pure Powers started making music from a young age in the Bay Area. Growing up watching his mom write songs he knew he had a place somewhere in the music and entertainment space. He originally thought being in movies and dabbling in show biz was what he wanted to do. As he got older, he got away from acting and really found his desire to create. He wound up at a college party, seeing someone else freestyling, he then knew what he wanted to do with his life.
As an independent artist, Pure Powers attests a lot of learning experiences that have led to where he is today. He appreciates his amazing team and the people who have been there with him since day 1 of his journey. Pure Powers’ journey has been a rollercoaster. As a teenager, he battled drug addiction and mental health which was a struggle for him for some time. Through all this, he was able to find the grace of God and see the purpose he had and the dreams he wanted to fulfill. His inspiration comes from his family, friends, girlfriend, producers, and fans to keep him on this journey towards greatness.
The one thing Pure Powers hopes people can take away from his music when listening, is to feel inspired and chase your dreams. He wants his listeners to feel good as well as feel excited and let loose.
