According to reports, Kevin, 24, was threatened with eviction from his Miami apartment last month, marking the second time he has faced eviction proceedings at this address and at least the third time during his time living in Florida.
Court records reveal that Kevin failed to pay his $3,731 monthly rent for January, accumulating a total debt of $4,316. On January 7, the property’s management served him with a notice to pay or vacate the premises. By January 28, eviction proceedings were officially initiated. However, the situation seemed to resolve quickly, as the property ownership company filed for a voluntary dismissal on February 3, indicating that Kevin likely paid his overdue rent in full.
A source close to the family shared with The U.S. Sun, “Kevin really needs to get his s**t together. He is a grown man, and there’s no excuse for him not paying his rent.”
This isn’t the first time Kevin has faced challenges in maintaining his housing. Three years ago, he was evicted from another Miami condo. His latest financial misstep adds another layer to the public scrutiny surrounding Wendy Williams and her family.
