Diddy Accused of Admitting He Ordered Tupac’s Murder During Alleged Sexual Assault

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing yet another lawsuit, this time from a male escort who alleges that the Hip Hop mogul drugged and sexually assaulted him and, in the process, allegedly claimed responsibility for orchestrating Tupac Shakur’s murder.

According to AllHipHop, the anonymous accuser filed the lawsuit on Feb. 27, detailing an alleged 2012 encounter at the InterContinental Hotel in New York City. The man claims that after being hired as an escort, Diddy followed him into the bathroom and sodomized him.

The accuser also alleges that Diddy used intimidation tactics, including boasting about having Tupac killed. The lawsuit states that Diddy allegedly told him, “If I can get Pac hit, what the f*ck do you think can happen to you?” Out of fear for his safety, the man says he stayed silent about the incident. He also believes that he may have been drugged, either through a bottle of water or baby oil applied to his body.

This lawsuit adds to Diddy’s mounting legal troubles. Currently, he is incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Brooklyn after being arrested in September 2024 on sex trafficking and racketeering charges. Additionally, multiple lawsuits have accused him of various forms of abuse and misconduct over the past year.

Adding to the turmoil, Diddy’s attorney, Anthony Ricco, recently withdrew from his legal team. In an affidavit, Ricco stated, “Under no circumstances can I continue to effectively serve as counsel for Sean Combs.” His departure comes as Diddy awaits trial, which is scheduled for May 2025.
