The 19-year-old budding guard showcased his all-around game Monday night, adding 7 rebounds, 4 steals, and 4 assists to his scoring outburst. James displayed efficient shooting, connecting on 14-of-21 field goal attempts while knocking down 4-of-8 from three-point range.
ICYMI, the Lakers reassigned James to their G League affiliate ahead of the NBA team’s four-game road trip. While he’s averaged 2.3 points in 23 NBA appearances this season with limited minutes, his recent performances demonstrate significant development.
