Aaron Hall Reportedly Missing Amid Him And Diddy’s Sexual Assault Allegations

Former Guy member Aaron Hall is allegedly missing in action as Liza Gardner continues her efforts to serve him with legal papers in a lawsuit accusing both him and Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual assault. Unable to locate Hall, Gardner is now seeking court approval to serve him through newspaper notices, as the lawsuit she initially filed in Nov. 2023 has stalled.

Gardner alleges that Hall and Diddy sexually assaulted her following an MCA Records event in 1990 or 1991, when she was just 16 years old.

Her attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, addressed the difficulty in serving Hall, as reported by AllHipHop. “I believe that service by publication is now the only remaining option to provide notice of this lawsuit to Mr. Hall,” he explained. “We have effectively exhausted all reasonable methods of locating him. I am unaware of any additional addresses, locations, or persons we could rely on to get the summons directly to Hall. Therefore, publication in newspapers is being sought as a last resort.”

Process servers have reportedly made multiple attempts to locate Hall, including at his former residence in View Park, California, where neighbors confirmed he had moved, and at a previous address in Tarzana, California, which he no longer owns. His last known location was an apartment in Woodland Hills, California, but that lead also came up empty.

This latest update in Gardner’s case comes as Diddy remains in custody in Brooklyn while awaiting trial for his criminal case. Authorities arrested him last year on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. He has pleaded not guilty and denied all allegations against him, with his trial set to begin on May 5.

Meanwhile, Diddy recently secured a legal victory in another case, as a judge dismissed several claims in Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones’ lawsuit against him.
